The participant’s registration fees include:
The gala dinner on Tuesday, April 30 is extra.
The field trip on May 1st is extra.
The deadline for the registration at the conference is April 28, 2019. After this date, the registration is no longer possible.
No registration will be possible during the conference.
Replacements of participants from the same organization are allowed at any time.
Payment is made online by credit card. A proof of payment will be sent by e-mail. On-site payments on the day of the conference are not possible.
In case of cancellation before March 31, 2019, the registration fees will be refunded after the conference.
In case of cancellation after March 31, 2019, the registration fees will not be refunded.
Photographs will be taken during the conference and will be used to promote the conference. If you wish to request a right of access and rectification to your photographs, or if you wish to refuse having your picture taken, please contact the Organizing Committee.
